Who we are

Wealth Traka is a personal finance and cryptocurrency portfolio tracking app operated by Clark Asset Holdings Ltd, 1 Market Street, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1NF (Company No. 10371490). Clark Asset Holdings Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data under the UK GDPR. You can contact us at Support@WealthTraka.com.

What we collect

  • Your email and name — so we can create and run your account.
  • The financial figures you enter yourself — holdings, transactions, fiat deposits, physical assets, liabilities, income and expenses, and any notes or documents you upload. You choose what to enter; we do not fetch it for you.
  • Payment confirmation — when you subscribe, we receive a confirmation from our payment provider (Stripe, Google Play or Apple) so we can turn on your Premium access. We never see or store your full card details.

What we do not do

  • We never connect to your bank and we never hold your bank credentials. Wealth Traka does not access your bank accounts or open banking data.
  • Your financial figures are never sold or shared for marketing. They are used only to show your portfolio back to you.

Where your data is held

Your data is hosted on the Base44 platform, which provides the database, authentication, and hosting for Wealth Traka. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated to your account so only you can see your own figures.

Your UK GDPR rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Delete your data and your account;
  • Port your data — receive it in a structured, machine-readable format so you can reuse it elsewhere.

To exercise any of these rights, email Support@WealthTraka.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Account deletion

When you delete your account, we remove all of your data — your account details and every figure you entered. The only thing we keep is the minimal billing records required by law (for example, a record that a payment was made). See our account deletion page for how to request this.
