Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wealth Traka ("the Service"), operated by Clark Asset Holdings Ltd, trading as Wealth Traka (company no. 10371490, registered in England and Wales; registered office: 1 Market Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 1NF) ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to upload false or misleading financial data.
• You agree not to attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for professional financial advice or regulated investment activity.

4. Subscription and Billing

Wealth Traka offers a Free tier and a Premium tier. Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription with a 7-day free trial.

• Prices: £7.99/month or £59.99/year (GBP); $9.99/month or $74.99/year (USD); €8.99/month or €69.99/year (EUR).
• The 7-day free trial requires no upfront payment. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal, accessible from Settings → Billing.

5. Free Trial

The 7-day free trial gives you full access to Premium features. You can cancel during the trial at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method will be charged.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time, except where required by law.

7. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately via the customer portal before or after deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is the property of Clark Asset Holdings Ltd, trading as Wealth Traka. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Market data is fetched from third-party APIs and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
• Wealth Traka is a tracking tool, not financial advice. We do not recommend, endorse, or advise on investments.
• The Risk & Allocation tool is an educational modelling tool, not financial advice or a personal recommendation. Suggested allocations are generic models based on your questionnaire answers and do not take account of your full personal circumstances. Capital at risk; consider consulting an authorised financial adviser.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your portfolio data and for any tax or regulatory reporting obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clark Asset Holdings Ltd, trading as Wealth Traka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
